  • Patients under the age of 18 can qualify for medical cannabis
  • Minor patients must have an adult caregiver legal guardian to apply on their behalf
  • Minors must be certified by two physicians

  • Patients who are diagnosed with a terminal illness qualify for a free medical cannabis card
  • Terminal illness is considered a diagnosis with a life expectancy of six months or less
