I can’t express how disappointing my experience was at this dispensary. From start to finish, it fell far below expectations. The overall experience lacked the professionalism, product knowledge, and customer care that I look for when visiting a dispensary. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to cannabis connoisseurs or anyone who values quality and service. There are plenty of other dispensaries that provide a much better experience and make customers feel valued. Unfortunately, this won’t be one of my return spots.

I’ve always loved the customer service at Hatch, but they really took it up a notch the last time I went. There was a payment processing error on their end for my order and they called to let me know about it and that it was corrected. When I got in to pick up my order, the manager came out to apologize again (not even needed, I definitely understand that things happen!) and he was so incredibly nice. They went above and beyond because of the error, discounting my order and absolutely were not under any obligation to do so. They did it because they truly care about their customers and it really shows. I legit drive past a different dispensary on my way to Hatch because I love them that much! They already had a faithful customer in me, but now I’m definitely locked in for the rest of my stoner life!

First and foremost I will have to say! You guys are amazing here🙌🏻 Samantha you are such a kind soul. This place is blessed to have you as one of their workers. She brightens my day the minute I step foot into the door! She is just the absolute sweetest! Thank you for the best service! 🙏🏻

Absolutely 10 out of 10, highly recommend. My first time going to a dispensary ever and Samantha was amazing! Super friendly and extremely helpful. Recommended products based on my stated needs and explained what each thing and each component does. Huge selection and variety as well. Appreciated more than you know. 🫶🏻

Great selection. Hi prices. Good service. Wanted to review an individual product but couldn't figure out where to do so but i was so disappointed with this pre roll i just smoked i wanted to share. This brand interstate 420 strain black inferno pre roll was rolled too tight and i could drag it. I tore the filter off and still couldnt drag it. I learned not to roll my joints too tight in high school. Very disappointed that i paid extra for a pre roll that i could've rolled better.
