a month agoI am a loyal customer, but I usually stop in when its busier. I had some questions about previous product I've purchased and Samuel walked me through an issue I had with it. I hadn't looked for what I wanted yet, so he quickly brought up what I was looking for. His assist and knowledge was very helpful.

6 months agoI recently visited this place on a whim because I always enjoy finding hidden spots, new products, and good deals. Worst idea!!! Not only was the wait extremely long, but the customer service would have to of been some of the worst I have seen hands down. Except for the young lady in pink hair super sweet and actually helpful when I finally picked up my order. I understand being short staffed but you don’t proceed to ridicule your customers and mock them and you wonder why people decide to step out of the line?I will stay clear of here and take my business elsewhere highly recommended you do the same and places like this give dispensaries a bad name.

4 months agoI visit regularly because it's conveniently close to where I work so I can stop in on break, and it has a great selection of products. But the wait time is awful. I regularly have to wait at the FRONT of the line for AT LEAST 30 minutes because of slow check out times. The staff is friendly, but it seems like there's no sense of urgency to get the line moving any quicker.

a month agoThis place is the best MACK specifically went through every option I was looking at and digested each one to explain what would be best for me. and not only that Mack met me at the register with NAT and they both helped me sign into the website so that I can get an additional 10% off my purchase that day. Not only that the prices and inventory were insane! Best place I will only be going here from now on shout to out MACK big time and shout out NAT for all the help too these guys are 10/10 zen leaf employees
