a week agoI've been using Zen for two years and it's always been a solidly good experience. However, the other day I went to pick up my order using my drive thru. Bram pulled my account up and immediately located a computer-created snarl. He straightened everything out, always keeping me updated. He even remembered me from other visits. He's a stellar employee.

a month agoMy order #18262 from last night 12/13/25 totaled up to $65.45 and I paid with a $100 bill at the drive through. The drive through personnel who handled my order, told me everything was in the black paper bag (products, $ change and my ID) stapled shut and a receipt attached to the outside of it. It was close to 9 pm and about time for the shop to close. I was on a phone call and I’ve ordered from here on numerous occasions so I picked up my order, thanked them and pulled out of the drive through and went home. I didn’t verify my order and the cash in the bag as it was close to 9 pm and one car was right behind me so I thought I’d be considerate and move along. When I opened my order at home, I realized they pocketed $10 for themselves as there was only $24 in change inside the bag which was returned to me. They were supposed to give me $34 and some change back. I tried calling but the store was closed and I don’t know how this can be fixed now. Make sure you verify everything is in the bag once you receive your order even if that means taking extra time in drive through.
