Clarke is extremely helpful and friendly every time I come into Bloom. Today I was light on cash and he reminded me that I had points built up and also that my favorite product which sells out quickly was in stock. 5 stars!

I’ve been coming here for over a year. At first, everything was great; short wait times and affordable pricing. But over the last 3 to 5 months, the customer service has really gone downhill. A lot of the associates don’t seem properly trained, and you’ll often get different answers depending on who you talk to. The inconsistency is frustrating, and unfortunately, some of the staff (especially during the day shift) come off as rude. There’s an older gentleman who has checked me out a few times and he’s consistently short, almost rude in his tone. On my recent visit, the check-in process was a mess. I was told to stand in one line, but watched multiple people who came after me get called ahead, even though they didn’t have online orders. After being skipped multiple times, I asked for clarification and was met with a loud and disrespectful response from the older gentleman. Another associate kindly helped me, but the older one continued speaking over me and even made comments about me to another guest, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. As much as I like the pricing and options here, I think I’ll be going to ZenLeaf from now on. They’re consistent, polite, and always communicate clearly from the moment you walk in.

JEFFERY was very helpful, explained the process and product very well. TRULY appreciate his insight and time. I have been to other cannabis store fronts, and found them to be very regiminted and rushed. Not so at Bloom, in fact just the opposite. The staff, as I observed, during my first visit, was friendly to all customers not just myself. I like the varied cannabis options including edibles.

I loveeeee Bloom. It’s definitely one of the better dispensaries I’ve been to. Fabio had the most outstanding customer service! He’s always friendly, helpful, and makes sure I’m aware of the best deals. His PATIENCE, positive attitude and attentiveness make every visit a great experience! I honestly want to keep coming back just because of him!

Kailil was amazing as always made me hip to a new strain and battery that is convenient for my lifestyle being a mom of three. Grateful as always keep up the amazing work!!!
