While I know other locations in Washington DC may have it, the convenience of this one being close by makes it even more special for me. What stands out most, though, is the team. They’re consistently efficient, kind, and welcoming. I remember one experience where I was having trouble paying through AeroPay because my bank wasn’t cooperating. A gentleman named Zack, that helped me was incredibly patient and thoughtful - he genuinely tried to help me find a solution and never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Even when it didn’t work out, he reassured me that my item would still be there the next day with the discount, which really stayed with me. Also - shoutout to Marco! who always leaves a positive impression. His energy is warm and uplifting, and I truly appreciate that he greets people by name. It creates a sense of familiarity and comfort that makes each visit feel more personal. Overall, the team creates an atmosphere that feels smooth, welcoming, and genuine. The service is kind, the energy is positive, and it’s a place I always feel happy returning to :)

a week agoThe staff is friendly. They have a nice range of products. Make sure you keep up with deals and rewards here. Kayla will let you know what's up! Almost missed a preroll deal once, and the manager was very gracious. Still is!
