3 weeks agoWait times have definitely improved in the past few months. I haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes when I used to have to wait 25 at times. They still have an issue with a lot of the flower being way too dry. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

a week agoI like that they are open till 10, staff is friendly. My issue is every time I get a cart, literally the bubble is half the damn thing. I keep buying half gram carts but they keep giving .25G for some reason. Just mark it as a .3 if you know there’s an issue with it. Doesn’t seem to matter what brands either. Wouldn’t recommend

3 weeks agoAmazing store. The staff are always so friendly. Was running very late and hard to renew my medical card so I came a few minutes before closing. The girl at the desk was so sweet and told me how to renew it real quick and still let me in. I was still treated like a normal customer and they took great care of me, not a single comment or stink eye, which I really appreciated as I felt really guilty coming in so late but was super desperate for my meds haha. Great store and even better staff. My #1 dispensary in PGH.

3 months agoThis place is going backwards again ! Don't wast your time nor money here! Most likely you will be missing items or your whole order will be gone and you will be told whatever they feel like telling you that you don't stop shopping at the store! I called a couple days ago to ask what happened to my order so today I called back and was told what happened! This place is more of a ran down walmart than a dispensary! You'd think after spending so much money on a bi weekly basis they would make sure that the customers that are loyal would be treated better but apparently not ! It would be 0 starts but I don't have that option . Sorry to the the staff that actually care about the patients I wasn't speaking on you .

3 months agoCHECK YOUR ITEMS!!!! I got a 14g dry flower. I didn't see anything until I got home and I open the container to find the inner seal completely off. I weighed the flower and it came in at 8.919g. I've been going there since it opened as Solevo. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Will definitely be calling tomorrow as well as notifying the proper authorities.
