I understand that with growth and changes (like the new layout), things can shift. I truly appreciate being heard, and I’m rooting for this place to continue being the safe, friendly space that meant so much to me and so many others. When this place first opened, the vibe was incredible — warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. As someone who struggles with anxiety, being treated like a friend instead of just a customer made all the difference. It felt like a safe, kind space. Lately though, it’s felt more robotic — just a quick “hi” and that’s it. Maybe it’s just me, but I really miss the heart this place used to have.

2 weeks agoOh, this WHOLE team is amazing! Every customer is greeted with a pleasant smile and welcome. The team builds amazing rapport with each customer, maintaining respect, and recognizing each customer’s needs when present. For example, I was present when there was a customer who was using a walking stick and they assisted her to every point even to her car, like can you ask for better customer service!?

2 months agoBest staff! Compared to other distributors, The staff at RISE always make me feel welcome- even if it seems like I ask the same questions over and over every time… I have also found the staff at RISE to be more knowledgeable about their products, than I have found at other dispensaries.
