I honestly had no idea why the doors weren't busting down there. What a WONDERFUL dispensary!!!! Gracious and kind staff who took the time to listen, get to know me personally, direct me to whom could help me, and I was given the most spot on advice from the gentleman gathering my medicinal marijuana. I've never had such intelligent information provided to me in this fashion and I highly respect that! YOU SIR ARE A BLESSING!!!! May I say YES YES YES... To every product and the one you presented and gently allowed me to decide... SCORE!!! Keep doing what you're doing!!! May... people understand these product prices are heavenly to someone from about the worst area to get medicinal marijuana without inappropriate price jacks before items are placed "on sale" This happens far too frequently... Erie and Erie County in particular I encourage everyone in my area to just take 1 trip up towards your "miracle Miles" of dispensaries in Cranberry Pa. I take 1 trip a month and I'm set. WARNING their prices are much higher than other dispensaries in the area. Pitiful menu selection Bad location Empty parking lot The cognitive dissonance of this location and the prices/rewards at other dispensaries in the area is appalling. This place is close to SNL skit satire material. I look at the prices and literally laugh out loud. Management clearly doesn’t care or is too arrogant to realize they’re failing. Feel bad employees get no tips with no customers. Now que a snarky reply from the arrogant mgmt telling me how Nuh uh LOLOLOLOL This is a grift shop probably used for money laundering or just a failed business

I love walking I go Zen Leaf and having an overwhelming feeling of happiness from the staff members. You can tell they truly enjoy helping the clients.

Great customer service and very helpful employees. After I had already left the store, I noticed that a discount on one of my items was missing. I called the customer service number and spoke with John. I explained what happened and he immediately contacted the store to solve the problem. I personally didn't have to do anything which was great. To no fault of anyone (just a computer glitch) they told me they would credit my account for next time to save me a trip back to the store. If you need help, John is your guy!

My first visit here was terrific! The workers were all very friendly and efficient, especially Didi. She noticed me struggling with the forms and helped me get them finished, thanks Didi! The woman who organized my online order, Maria I believe, also was friendly and efficient, she had it ready to go in just a couple minutes. My only complaint is I have a 30 minute drive to get here haha. Keep up the awesome work!
