Terrible experience at this location. I’m a long time shopper here, even before it got bought over! no negative experiences EVER! Tonight however, I came in to buy a few items, basing my purchases off the online sales that Off The Charts provides when you select the Miramar location. Came in and had lovely interactions with both security and the only cashier! But after making my purchases and once inside my car, I realize It seemed like I paid more than anticipated. I check my receipt & realize all of my punch products are full price! (Sale is all punch 30% FRIDAY-SUNDAY) I walk right back inside thinking this is a simple situation to fix like with having points added back to my account or small item equaling/less than the 17$ we over payed, but we were met with a clearly overwhelmed and annoyed worker telling us repeatedly that he couldn’t do anything about it/had no authority & is busy because he’s the only one running the place. I’ve worked the service industry/customer service all of my life so I like to give grace and patience! but I felt so gaslit showing YOUR online deals and being told “yeah idk, I see what it says” “we just follow what’s on this paper here” & theories on why the website dates were wrong on the online sale. Even if so, this is what’s printed on your website and the sales you offer your Miramar customers. Its deceitful to bring in customers with fake ads, I could’ve taken my money next door or anywhere that actually honors what their own website says. Your security guard showed more people skills while we were leaving, but by that point I’m so uninterested in having another awkward interaction or spending any more of my money here quite frankly! Sad because I’ve been coming here for years and some of the workers are super sweet, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Jake is the best bartender there. He’s super knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely coming back!

Always a wonderful experience. Love that you can build up points and they have amazing deals that work with any price range. The staff is completely amazing with beautiful and bright energy. Julia was so great today and is always so very helpful and kind with every visit. Truly recommend Off The Charts!! Not to mention, there is a NO TAX Tuesday that I absolutely love as well and almost forgot, there is a punch card also and after every 5 visits or so you get a freebie or discount depending on the punches accumulated. Definitely check it out if you haven’t already! 🌳🔥💨

Jake was awesome with recommending pain relief edibles for my husband. Very patient and knowledgeable. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Prices are very reasonable as well.

I love everything about off the charts! They have an amazing selection that's always getting refreshed and there's always some kind of awesome deal going on that day. The customer service is excellent everyone is always nice to me when I'm trying to make a choice. The management is great as well everyone is always so nice! Thank you guys!!
