  Staff is friendly and welcoming as you walk in the door. Sometimes there are small lines but that's usually at the end of the night when there are end on night specials. Everyone at counter is helpful and informative. Love this place. Great deals when you sign up for Charter Membership, no cost just great sales. Definitely will be back. They have items I've bot seen before which makes it a fun shopping trip.

  Alexander and the tall skinny blonde chick were extremely helpful and very patient. Aero pay was not working for some reason and there Apple Pay also was not working 🤔 went well above and beyond my expectations for the sale. Great customer service and support today 5/7/25 Montgomery location go see em. Thanks again.

  I had such a great experience here a few weeks ago. The woman who helped me out (I knew her name started with an N -- I am assuming Nat based off of the other reviews here). She was GREAT!! I told her that I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, but she was so awesome that I told her I would leave one for her. So friendly and helpful!

  Ivy Hall is hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to. The vibe is always chill and welcoming, and the whole team is amazing — knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help without any pressure.   Rec only but do give medical discount and they don't charge state tax on medical. I bought a "generic" brand cartridge because of the rare, classic strain of Maui Wowie. Works great but being generic, it's flavors are terpene infused. It's not made from the actual strain of flower.
