I was there today and I have to say I was really wowed by the experience. When entering I was greeted by someone who scanned my ID and made me feel welcome. Then when I went into the store it looked inviting and amazing. The presentation of their displays were very full and organized. The staff is friendly as this was my first visit. I told the girl what I was looking for and she gave me some great recommendations. I took her advice and let me tell you she hit it on the head. You now have a loyal customer. Had a great experience shopping at Riverside Starbuds, Jack was very helpful in helping get exactly what I was looking for and was in and out within 10 minutes. I really like this dispensary. I only gave it 4 stars because it was my first time there. I have been to other dispensaries and they give out free items like edibles, papers, a pipe. The customer service was a 5, the lady was very helpful and I love how she was bubbly and professional and she really knows her products. I love how they have buy one get one on Fridays and other deals throughout the week and they have a rewards program that works at their other locations, also their rewards points never expire. Very clean and the staff on this shift was very friendly and relaxed. I love how they offer deals for Illinois. I will be coming back. A lot of product to go through!

Every time is a great time. I normally have my orders ready but this last trip my phone was dead and I didn’t get a chance to look at the menu but Nick was super patient with me and the recommendation he gave was a hit. Everyone at Starbuds has always been great. I highly recommend 420/10 🔥🔥🔥
