Illinois Social Equity Hearing

There’s going to be an Illinois Social Equity hearing in Federal Court on Friday, September 11th, at 9:30 am central to address the lawsuit filed by multiple Illinois companies to contest the highly flawed cannabis dispensary license #scoring process implemented by the state and their vendor, KPMG.

Will the state come up with something to make things right?

After the hearing concludes, The Medical Cannabis Community will be hosting a Legal Analysis around 11 a.m. with Cannabis Industry Attorney, David Ruskin, of HMB Legal Counsel, who will be giving us a breakdown on the case and updating our community on the latest developments.
