2 weeks agoI won’t come here anymore. It doesn’t matter how you pay card/cash, - they “even dollar round” so let’s say your total is $24.39 for product and tax. Well, they bump up the amount to $25, because they don’t want to give change or something? i've been to 5 other Napa dispensaries and never have this problem, only at Abide. This is actually an illegal thing to do in SF, and I’m looking into if it’s illegal in Napa. If not illegal, it’s really shady and honestly just rude. I don’t like giving my money to companies like Abide, who charge for product and tax, then charge you extra to make it an even dollar. It’s one thing to round down, but to round up , especially without even any notice (you only find out upon paying) it’s NOT OKAY. ITS SHADY. I don’t care it’s it’s $0.20, I’m not paying an extra fee because a company doesn’t like to give change. Sorry Abide. Because of this I won’t give you any business anymore. Also, you’ll have 1 person working at 6 pm and that one person is to damn stoned to package up orders. I’ll order 1 thing and show up 30 minutes later. Place will be dead and they won’t even realize you placed an order. So don’t come here if you want your orders ignored most of the time, and if you don’t want to be charged shady fees.

3 years agoGreat selection, Grand Opening more to come! Great local family running it, support small business in Napa! Updated 5/19/21: love the #accessible entrance, #wheelchair accessible experience throughout, handicap parking. Having a disabled employee provide first hand experience of pain relief potency a HUGE PLUS, helpful for a caregiver as well. Staff is always friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Willing and helpful to listen and help you accomplish your goals with your purchase. Thanks guys!
