Great atmosphere. Everyone is very nice. It's often busy, but they get people in quickly, without you feeling rushed. Danielle checked me out the last two times I've been there and really helped me figure out the best deal today. She's awesome.

I’m always happy with the service and personal attention that comes with a trip to ethos. I’m usually served by Hiker. They are one of my favorite budtenders there. They are a super person with a super personality. They are always on top of their game and we always have a nice conversation while I’m there. The eleven brand is a product at a great price. Highly recommended

I cannot say enough good things about Ethos. The whole group are always friendly, always knowledgeable, always smiling ......such a good vibe when I walk in there. Can I mention the smells ? Oh boy ....... My friend Zack always helps me out immensely. He gets me all the discounts that he possibly can. And it is always a positive, joyful experience when I come here . Love this place entirely . I have been to several other dispensaries in the area, and they do not even come close to comparing to the professionalism and warm feeling that you get when you go to Ethos . I dont go here often, but when I do the service is sub-par. Aside from Leah, who was pleasant and helpful, the majority of patient consultants seem to be irritated. Today I stopped by to use my points for a reward and was told I couldnt redeem them because there werent enough available. I knew that was incorrect because I just had enough three days prior and decided to save them. The girl at the register was pressuring me to finish the transaction instead of investigating my complaint, deleting half of my order and repeating my new total over and over while I struggled to find my purchase history in the app. After that embarrassing interaction, I left and called Ethos in Pleasant Hills (my regular store) to ask about my points issue. They explained to me that there has been glitches in the system and they have been honoring patient rewards based on purchase history. If I would have been told that fact or if some patience has been displayed, I could have been served without issues. I will not be back.
