I truly enjoy coming to this dispensary, especially because they carry the 1937 brand, which I really appreciate. While I know other locations in Washington DC may have it, the convenience of this one being close by makes it even more special for me. What stands out most, though, is the team. They’re consistently efficient, kind, and welcoming. I remember one experience where I was having trouble paying through AeroPay because my bank wasn’t cooperating. A gentleman named Zack, that helped me was incredibly patient and thoughtful - he genuinely tried to help me find a solution and never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Even when it didn’t work out, he reassured me that my item would still be there the next day with the discount, which really stayed with me. Also - shoutout to Marco! who always leaves a positive impression. His energy is warm and uplifting, and I truly appreciate that he greets people by name. It creates a sense of familiarity and comfort that makes each visit feel more personal. Overall, the team creates an atmosphere that feels smooth, welcoming, and genuine. The service is kind, the energy is positive, and it’s a place I always feel happy returning to :)

Marco was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and kept the experience light with his great sense of humor. He also speaks multiple languages, which made communication effortless and welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend asking for Marco!

Excellent customer service I visited this location for a first time, Marco took the time to understand what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and explained options clearly without overselling. He explained differences between products in a way that made sense, even with a lot of questions, Marco was patient, listened carefully, and followed up to ensure I had all info i needed to choose the products and suggested products based on my experience level and preferences, rather than pushing high-margin items. His recommendations were spot-on.

I love coming to this place all the products are fresh and the staff is always friendly. I would like to shoutout Max for always giving recommendations of certain products and always end up being the best choice I made. I always get the Airo cartridges and it’s amazing it helps me chill out after long day of work and I feel this is the only place I can get it :). The whole store is 10/10😁😁
