I truly enjoy coming to this dispensary, especially because they carry the 1937 brand, which I really appreciate. While I know other locations in Washington DC may have it, the convenience of this one being close by makes it even more special for me. What stands out most, though, is the team. They’re consistently efficient, kind, and welcoming. I remember one experience where I was having trouble paying through AeroPay because my bank wasn’t cooperating. A gentleman named Zack, that helped me was incredibly patient and thoughtful - he genuinely tried to help me find a solution and never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Even when it didn’t work out, he reassured me that my item would still be there the next day with the discount, which really stayed with me. Also - shoutout to Marco! who always leaves a positive impression. His energy is warm and uplifting, and I truly appreciate that he greets people by name. It creates a sense of familiarity and comfort that makes each visit feel more personal. Overall, the team creates an atmosphere that feels smooth, welcoming, and genuine. The service is kind, the energy is positive, and it’s a place I always feel happy returning to :)

I went to Green Goods on their first week opening! Was both local to me and a pleasant experience! Everyone was super welcoming, answering any questions about all their products and was assured by Kayla! She was super kind and even put me down as a rewards member so I could start earning with them. Very happy with the experience and look forward to earning more with them!

Excellent customer service I visited this location for a first time, Marco took the time to understand what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and explained options clearly without overselling. He explained differences between products in a way that made sense, even with a lot of questions, Marco was patient, listened carefully, and followed up to ensure I had all info i needed to choose the products and suggested products based on my experience level and preferences, rather than pushing high-margin items. His recommendations were spot-on.

Super chill but professional. Nice and clean. Employees were engaged and helpful. In and out in under 5 minutes! Love that I can place an online order for pickup! Definitely my new go to dispensary!
