3 years agoI only give a solid two stars on the basis of not being able to order weight in the most common increments over a 1/4 of an ounce (only an oddball 10.5g maximum). I typically order online to be efficient, but today I called the store because unfortunately there are no options to order a flat ounce (28g). When I asked if I was able to order a different increment sizes because if I got 2 10.5g flowers that still does not equal a full ounce. I was told that I am “allowed to order as much as my allotment allows”. I just wanted to order an ounce of something yummy and it felt like the associate was lost and answer was very generalized. After I let the associate explain and give me her examples about a sale going on (not sure why the sale would change increment sizes), I was beyond confused because the response did not give me any added information nor an actual answer. I don’t think she knew what I was even asking nor how to reply, didn’t even try to ask anyone else working. That I could’ve at least respected. Very disappointed, I said I would just ask someone else myself when I come into the store (felt so awkward). At that point I took my business elsewhere. Typically I receive phenomenal customer service and display of knowledge here, I am even often addressed by name upon entry, like thats how cool this team typically is! Totally sad to experience the difference in customer service over the phone. Not something I honestly expected from this dispo.. but I will be back for the extracts! Prices are always fair on that front.
