a month agoHello! I love ethos. The people here are the sweetest and the coolest I tip them every time I’m here. I had to deduct points because you guys are right the online rewards are bogus! I went to review this product i really didn’t like it and it the listing was slightly incorrect. Somehow someway when I went to review this product it said that I had reviewed it for 5 stars. Are they nuts? That strain was a far out of 5 stars for me. I just don’t know where they think it’s right to review their products under my name ! I went to review another product same thing happened. People: watch they don’t tamper with your account and please don’t go off of reviews as they seem inaccurate. If the automated system did this they need to fix it as this is fraudulent behavior. YOU CAN NOT REVIEW PRODUCTS FOR OTHER PEOPLE UNDER THEIR NAME WITHOUT PERMISSION!!

2 months agothe staff are all still super friendly and very knowledgeable and will treat you like family while going out of their way always to ensure that you get what you need.. but the stock has gotten so bad, good luck trying to get anything that's not a hybrid or in massive quantities.. it's almost impossible to get anything you actually want and are looking for now, unless it's a hybrid strain, and they can't even control any of it, so it's never the hourly or store employee's blame, so don't go getting mad at innocent people. been there, but the company does need to hear any kind of message about it, i feel at least. hopefully enough reviews will get them to work on fixing a more stable menu for reliant medical patients and certain strains.

6 months agoAbbie is always great! very helpful with suggestions and knowledge of different products, and always so nice to deal with. Many other workers here i feel the same way about and why I'll only go to this dispensary. Staff are truly the best.
