  I'm extremely impressed with the management here. I've never had to return a cart before and had EXTREME anxiety about doing so 😭 *I took pictures as evidence and everything* but my bf called ahead and talked to them so when I went in they already had a new one picked out for me to replace the old one. Extremely impressed and it was a huge relief. Quick and easy, they have stolen my business from others closer to me :) *Edit i originally tried them because they also seem more knowledgeable about the products than other local places I've tried which I also highly appreciate

  Everyone who works there has always been very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Pete is the best though. I went in with no idea what to purchase for specific conditions and he took his time with me, did some research and offered 2 items to try. Very friendly and it was a pleasant experience 😄

  I refuse to use any other dispensary because Ethos of Wilkes-Barre has the greatest and most helpful staff I have ever experienced. Specifically, the one manager Nikki has gone above and beyond to help me on almost every one of my visits. She is extremely knowledgeable and is easily able to help me choose products for my symptoms and situations. I recommend this store to everyone I know.

  Every time I gave Ethos my business i have had to deal with just rude employees. Every. Time. The deals here aren’t worth feeling like you’re stupid for even being there. Good luck with keeping that 4.9 review.
