Visiting here for me is always a treat. Talking to certain people who are knowledgeable about the products is refreshing. I came here 2x within 2 weeks looking for something to help with my severe pain and insomnia and other issues due to a work related injury and autoimmune issue. I was able to find a great topical item that was super new, called Buddies Max strength roller, it was a little pricey at $79 , so far the jury is out to see if it was worth it. The edibles that were introduced to me were also super helpful. Hot tip, down load the app, join the rewards program, and show them your email which has coupons. USE THOSE COUPONS. Keep in mind, each day has a different savings. For me, Sundays, Wends, and Double points on Tuesdays are always a highlight. 5/5 Hot tip: I came by again for 420 weekend and was greeted by Richard inside then helped by Brian ( with an I) on friday. As I was exiting i was hit with a pleasant surprise By Lupes mini pancakes and Erics tocos from Tacos Gordos! It was complimentary for customers who shopped at DTE on friday.! Loved the food, loved the vibe, and ended up using a delivery for the first time again for Sunday. Thank you Jacob for being awesome during delivery and assisting me in making sure everything was accounted for and charged correctly. 10/10

Went in a couple weeks ago but I wanted to say how well maintained this store is. The bud tender who helped me was on top of it. I didn't have to wait and they had everything I needed and helped me pick another type of vape that was even better than one I was looking for. So thank you so much cassie and keep getting those badass tats girl!

I L💗VE this store and the whole team, Sara, Brian, Dylan, and all the fabulous staff...they are so knowledgeable and sweet! I opened this store back in the day when it was just medical and have tried many others, but the prices/products & customer service do not even compare. FROM THE EARTH is spot on the best collective in Orange County - 5 STARS!!! A-1 Service & Products! Spend your $ & time here; it's worth it, 100%, and they recycle their bags. All they need is an in-house coffee bar & smoke lounge...just sayin 😉

they cancelled my order even though I ordered at 7:00 PM and didn't let me know until like 9. Then offered a 35% discount and ignored me until I called but then rescindedthe discount next day anyway because they would not profit enough from my order and gave me $4 off instead. if you must buy here, probably better in person. And make sure you take advantage of any deals or else you will pay a premium compared to other dispensaries around OC. Also, don't listen to any fake 5-star reviewers here especially if they have less than like 20 reviews on their account

Great customer service I can’t complain.. delivery time was good . Overall I will be returning and referring others to this business thanks Shane 👍
