I have always loved this place. Today we went in and the lady my husband doesn't get along with was in there. We wanted to wait on the other guy bc we don't deal with Piper. She said he cant help u he will be a while. We said that's fine. We will wait. This girl got hateful with my husband. And told us we couldn't wait on the guy. Never heard of a business not wanting ur money bc u wont deal with a person. We were very friendly. Dont go there bc Piper is not friendly. They guy before us said she was rude to him as well. Green Temple I want to speak to ur owner!!

10/10 cannot recommend Green Temple and their staff enough! Every single person I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with who is currently employed there is top notch! I’ve had some issues with some previously employed “budtenders” but they seem to have gotten a solid crew there now. The only dispensary I visit. ☺️

Friendly staff, good prices, and an excellent atmosphere! I have tried all the dispensaries in the Metro East and Green Temple definitely has the best sales! Their setup is also very efficient, I’ve never had to wait more than 5-6 minutes to pick up an order.

I normally really enjoy shopping here, if I get the right bystander. The “punk rock” chick who wears all black, facial piercings, tattoos, and a chip on her shoulder, has zero interest helping you make a purchase or informed decision. I was attempting to compare two products in a larger size, and the product packaging completely obscured the product/contents. The picture on their shopping portal displayed the smaller size offering if the product in a glass container that should have provided at least a clear bottom view of both products. The containers handed to me did not allow any comparison. I asked the bud tender if she could get the smaller container of each so I could compare the product and make an informed decision, she Ansley and and in a monotone, with making no effort to actually research her effort, stated, “no, that’s just how they all come”…. Without even looking at me or having any literal care in the world towards my choose as a consumer. I should also point out that prior to adding items to cart to review, the friendly and informed bud tender told me to leave both in my cart and then she’d help me make a decision when the order came up. I had no sooner clicked order when she walked away to help another customer, never to be seen again. When gothic-no-time-for-you-lump wouldn’t help me, I, in a frustrated tone, stated firmly “evening, I’ll go look for something else”. She didn’t care. She and nobody else the counter made an effort. My original budtender came by the counter as I was searching for my new order and when I me tied the containers weren’t see thru and I couldn’t see them, and the other tender made zero effort, she made some passing comment about her being right, and walked off. Now, I very definitely had a frustrated tone, but nobody behind that counter made an effort, including the manager on duty. Instead, they all started to have a discussion with the new employee on how to handle rude customers and manage around them and their attitude. That’s when I walked out. I am a repeated and formerly happy client. I’ve worked with Kate many times and been super happy. This is the second time with both-girl and her lack of care, and lack of product and process knowledge. The first time she didn’t know the differences between concentrates and which had added reprocess and which were live extracts vs distillate. Worthless and would rather drive a few miles down the street at this point than put up with hoping not to get that budtender every time I walk in here.

Love love love this place, has all the deals you could want and need, the lady's there are absolutely fantastic! I went in today around 3 and they are always so nice and awesome to talk too! Always Makes it a great visit!
