  I have been coming here for over 6 years now and I refuse to shop for my medical cannabis anywhere else. Even along the years with changes of ownership, new management and new budtenders —the customer service has always remained top notch. The people here are genuinely good people that will help as much as they can with your questions, needs and concerns related to cannabis. It’s a genuinely pleasant experience to shop here.   My boyfriend took me to hatch… Yes, Yep! He is a regular. I was never invited inside. Buttt… today I was! As a new patron Melissa knew her stuff(for lack of a better word)! I will use my vocabulary… Melissa was THE SHIYTTT! Not just attentive but sociable . We chatted. She was niiiiiiyce. She engaged, I was also happy at that money. Maybe I am biased. However, the employees or Hatch especially the girls in the back (wink smile Hii) are also down to earth. This place …FOR DIANA, I felt listened to.
