Ivy Hall Dispensary Bucktown

I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in, and this was my first time purchasing cannabis at a dispensary. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and immediately explained the check-in process, which was quick and easy. Once inside, the space is well organized and thoughtfully designed, with a wide variety of products clearly displayed. A team member took the time to walk me through how their ordering system works, helped me navigate the screens, and asked about my preferences before making a few recommendations without any pressure. On a return visit, I accidentally overfilled my cart, and a staff member caught it quickly and helped me adjust it with good humor, which made the whole interaction easy and stress-free. Checkout has always been smooth, with staff double-checking orders and explaining the payment process clearly. I was a little nervous my first time since I wasn’t familiar with how dispensaries work, but the experience ended up being very straightforward. I’ve been back several times since and consistently found the staff knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s a professional, well-run dispensary with a great selection, and I’m happy to keep returning when I’m in the area.

Loved my visit from start to finish! Christian and Emily were so friendly and helpful. They both gave superb product recommendations and info on deals/raffles. The shop: cute, well organized with a welcoming vibe and attentive staff who truly engage w/ customers. The manager was refreshingly down to earth as well. The products: 10/10 because yes, yes I am. Well done.

Been to allllllll the shops and this is the only one where the staff isn’t consuming the product while working. Clean & well merchandised space & it doesn’t smell like they growing the flower on site. Everyone is great! Friendly, knowledgeable & competent. The front desk people are warm & friendly and don’t give you that “shake down” vibe you can get in other shops. Emily has been my go-to so I couldn’t not leave a 5 star review. Emily is genuine, always has great recommendations & never seems annoyed even when people can be annoying. Always an easy and pleasant experience at Ivy Hall.

First time here and I had a very fast and welcoming experience. All the staff were willing to help and very friendly. Thanks to Freddy for checking me out and I will take that dab for you like you said 🫡. Definitely will be coming back 👍
