  I went to Ivy Hall in Crystal Lake the other day and had a wonderful experience. I was promptly greeted at the front desk with a smile. Was browsing around and had the.pleasure of speaking with Doreen. What an amazing lady. She listened to my needs and answered all of the questions I had.   I was nervous when I arrived but the staff immediately put me at ease with their smiles and warm greetings. Justin helped me decide which strain to get based on my needs and budget. His vibe made me comfortable and created a relaxing environment. He even laughed at my bad joke! I also found an adorable hot pink bong that I HAD to have and got some gummies for my mom too. It was a pleasant experience and ill definitely shop there again. Especially after seeing that the manager truly cares how his customers are treated, that made me smile.

  My sister and I stopped in to pick up some gummy’s BUT the inventory was overwhelming and so amazing. We didn’t need to be concerned because Zoe immediately asked how she could help us and she is extremely informative and patient. We had dozens of questions and she answered every one of them. We had the pleasure of talking to Lathan and Lisa while we paid for our purchases. They made sure we were informed about various discounts and all future discounts that would be applicable on future purchases!
