  Love this place so much! Everytime my partner and I come in, we feel instantly welcome, at ease and can just kinda be ourselves without feeling like we’re in a clinical environment. The staff is extremely friendly and really easy to talk to. The prices and loyalty program are pretty great too! I don’t go anywhere else anymore. Special shout out to Dan on our last visit too!! He was a delight!!!

  First time here. Was super excited to find out that they have Good Tide in stock . Zoe Was so nice and knew her stuff. I told Zoe, I was looking for something similar to good tide, but if she had any recommendations for something better, and she recommended me kanha and Wyld For the type of high, I was looking for. Thank you. I will definitely be coming here again.

  Prices are decent when they have sales going on, otherwise it’s kind of expensive. I don’t find the employees to be that friendly either. The door greeter is the only one that is ever nice to me. Otherwise I am treated rudely or dismissed when asking questions. I only recommend coming here if you have no other option. I find the thc levels on flower and the customer service better at other dispos.

  I visit Ivy Hall regularly and it’s always a nice atmosphere. The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy, but one of the best parts at Ivy is my guy Dan. Dan is super dope and is a whole vibe. I have had Dan help me on a few occasions and each time he was super chill professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommend asking for Dan if you want excellent customer service!!

  Adam took care of us on 9/14. He was super friendly and extremely helpful! He made sure we were taken care of and answered all of our questions! We have been to this one a couple times and once to the Ivy Hall in Waukegan. We will definitely keep coming back to this one! Great vibe!
