  Beautiful facility. Great product with reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, I do have a small gripe concerning staff. There's a fine line between being helpful and trying to upsell like a car salesman pushing undercoating. Folks, especially women, do not want to be feel pressured. Ask if we need help and move along if we don't. The experience of finding something to alleviate anxiety should not be, itself, an anxious experience. Outside of that, I hope they continue to grow and remain with us for a long time.

  I Always enjoy making a stop at Ivy Hall in Crystal Lake. Lathan greeted me right away at the counter & had my order ready in no time. Marissa also was kind enough to assist with getting my glass wrapped. Great to see a good working relationship within the employees & positive vibes helping the customers. Highly recommend stopping in & the variety of products will not disappoint!

  It was my first time coming in, let me tell ya about it. So I walk in and the security is right there next to the guy at the door, so I know this place is legit yk. After I signed up for their rewards I walk in and am promptly walked up to by Troy. Troy hooked me up, I told him I how much I wanted to spend and he helped me to get exactly what I wanted. Going to checkout I was me by Isabella who was very nice made the place even more welcoming. Thank you for a very positive first experience! I will be returning soon!
