  Darrell was legit the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. He educated me on how to take gummies with fatty foods (which I never knew). He was personable and nice and chatted it up. This dispensary is by far miles ahead of any other one I’ve been to. Which are just focused on getting you out quickly. I will be coming back without a doubt. THANK YOU DARRELL!!!!

  What a lovely shop! The process of going to a dispensary has always been anxiety inducing for me, but Ivy Hall changed that entirely. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and warm and the space could not be more inclusive. Service is also quick and I am never waiting too long. Highly, highly recommend for any of your purchases!

  Just tried the Super Boof fro northern heights that they just got in, I haven't had weed that smells this obscenely skunky and tastes so wonderfully scrumptious in 10 years. 10 out of 10 best budd I've had in a long time.

  Got a coupon for a free pre-roll with $50 purchase (no mention of specific brand or restrictions). Asked if there was only a certain brand it was good for and person didn’t know so she went and asked manager. After speaking to manager she came back and gave me two options. Time for checkout and all the sudden those options aren’t valid. Funny part is the brand that they claimed it was good for they didn’t even have. Manager raised her voice at me rather than trying to come to a resolution. Absolutely disgusted with how they handled the situation. I will continue to spend hundreds of dollars every couple weeks at ANY other dispensary than IVY Hall.

  Marcus is always so helpful, I love how he always remembers me, you guys all do such a great job at making it a great experience! Also love Marcus’s duck at the register! Always gets me every-time with the little chain and sunglasses! Keep being amazing
