3 months agoGreat location but their parking area could be bigger. I counted one handicap space, no automatic doors so not not handicap accessible. So you get there and right away gentleman by the name of Manny, welcomes you and right away he wants see ID ,Manny tells you about all the great deals, reminds me about online pre-ordering as well, very helpful. Boom buzzes me in… you walk in and hit with the sweet aromatics Owee. Love this place. I appreciate the fact that it’s clean, and every employee there knows the business, knows EACH product from pre-rolls to ointment they call tinctures. Very informative and they don’t make you feel like you’re asking “dumb” questions. I definitely hands down recommend this place to all my fellow 420 friendly peeps. They even have drinks! Ask for Mina she’s awesome, Raven, Raven let you know exactly what you need, Jaime, Jaime is bilingual for my gente .! Thank you Team Ivy Hall for making many of days and many happy nights! Viva 420

2 months agoThis has been my store of choice since they've open. Everyone is always extremely nice, knowledgeable, and willing to share their experiences with different strains and how they worked for them but reminding me that they may work differently for me. They are always clean and professional with a very friendly disposition. Lately Mina has been my go to but they all are very helpful. They have great sales all the time it seems.

2 months agoStaff is friendly and always greets you upon arrival!! You can always ask budristas anything on products, they've always got great tips!! The environment is pretty chill and the vibes are amazing, most of the time they've got music playing on the background at a volume where you can still have a conversation and sing along to songs while you wait in line to be called up. Not to mention the deals!! They're products are affordable and honestly can't beat it with the additional early bird and last bird call discount. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good dispensary!!

2 months agoWe definitely LOVE this place!! The staff was super nice and explained the "new customer" process and Rewards Program to us right away, which always makes people want to return... They made us feel comfortable and made it much easier knowing what to look forward to as far as product selection and what rewards can be obtained with frequent purchases. We will definitely be future customers and recommend this place to our friends & family.

2 months agoThe GO TO dispensary in the area, without a doubt. Super helpful and friendly staff, great selection and prices, and a totally chill and welcoming vibe. I've tried every other dispensary and Ivy Hall takes the cake. In two years, I've never had a bad experience here, which is almost impossible to say about a business nowadays. Plus, they always have some great promotion or deals going on. Everyone who works here is so awesome--especially Alex and Mina--who I see almost every time I'm here. Ivy Hall is the best!
