Ivy Hall Waukegan Dispensary

I was there on Wednesday night and from start to finish, it was an amazing experience, the whole team that consisted of Andrea, Axel, Alex B, Q, Tito, Christy and Frankie were all top tier! Will be coming back again! Definitely gonna use my punch card before the end of the month before it expires!

Ok. So basically I went into Ivy Hall in Waukegan. I placed an order & went to pay. I gave the employee my punch card which I didn’t realize that it was expired(Nov). I had 4 punches & I just needed one more punch which my order qualify for to complete the card. The employee told me she can transfer 3 punches unto a Dec card. Me being human & so close to completion I said never mind & asked for my card back… well that’s when things turn nasty. The employee ask me what I was planning on doing with the card which I told her it was my business & my card. She gave me the card back & said “ you better be happy I gave it back.. I could had just threw it away” I said you not going to throw anything away that belongs to me. I asked to speak to a manager… plot twist she states she is the manager. I asked to speak to someone higher & she states that’s her. I said oh wow I feel sorry for the other employees( meaning unprofessional manager is bad to lead) she says “ I feel sorry for you “ then she put my items I purchased on the table ( clearly a sign of being nasty) I asked if she could put it in a bag like they usually do for their customers. She says “ you could say please “ I say you’re the employee/manager you work here why would I ask you please ? That’s when her friend who works there walks fast from the back like a “ Karen “ & says “ I'm calling security “ which I said I do not care who you call because I didn’t do anything wrong. She tells the security I was yelling which I wasn’t. As I’m walking out the door the real manager ask to speak to me. He walks me outside while it’s freezing cold so I could explain to him what happened. He knew she was wrong & he stated that he would put points on my account which I wasn’t fine with, but still bothered by the other employee disrespect/rudeness. I have never in my life been treated like this. I don’t know if the employee wanted me to get out of character or what but it didn’t work & I would like feedback on this situation because it could had really gotten bad. The employee name is Andrea. Thank you….

Great atmosphere and amazing vibe. Good people and Lydia is very fun and approachable. Makes everyone feel good. They had an event with green town tavern and the food was great! And fun prizes they gave out!

Staff is always smiling and friendly, always knowledgeable and helpful. As for the rest of the place…. It’s awesome! It has a wide variety of options for every type of consumer. I recommend anyone who reads these reviews, just come in and check it out. Experience this first hand.

I love this dispensary and the people that work there. They are attentive and make sure you walk out with what is needed. This past Sunday they had an event at green town tavern for the bears watch party and it was awesome, vibes were great, and product samples were amazing. Lydia and others were very helpful.
