He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed, and gave recommendations that were actually spot on. His customer service was genuinely above and beyond — professional, friendly, and personable all at once. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to come across someone who makes the entire experience feel this comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back! 3 months agoOur budtender John was really great! He saw us waiting in line and made sure to let us know he'd be around to help us check out. He also gave me solid advice on a new vape battery because mine is starting to die. I have to go back in and get it once mine goes. He was super nice and funny too! He made us feel like valued customers. That doesn't always happen at dispensaries, so it was a breath of fresh air.

6 months agoI'm from out of state and don't know a lot about the products, a friend suggested I visit. John recognized my dilemma and immediately started explaining everything about products, procedures, etc. He was so friendly and outgoing that it was like we had known each other forever. I felt relaxed about asking all my newbie questions, and I look forward to my next opportunity to see John for another purchase. Although I'm sure the other staff is very good, John is my favorite.
