Second time here and had sandy! Awesome person/budtender overall! I recommend her for sure but especially if you knew and trying to figure out what you like and works for you! She will break everything down for you and explain it to you! She basically builds a profile for you! She is the only person I wanna see when I go there! Thanks Sandy me and my husband appreciate you! Don’t change!

today was my fiance & i's first time coming here or even going to a dispensary. they had all types of things to buy, we loved it! Lacey helped us at the register, she was incredible! (: she was very helpful, knowledgeable and not only her but everyone else was so kind! thank you for making our first experience feel welcoming and fun! see yall soon 🤍

i went in there and it’s black friday i only went because the one i normally go to was having issues. i already had reservations because ive been in there a couple times before and the people are always a hit or miss. i asked someone what line i was suppose to be in and she asked me if i placed an order. i said “no i have an allergy so i need help”. she said “we can’t help you unless you place an order”. which i get its black friday but you CANT turn someone away because of an allergy something they can’t control. i could have an allergic reaction and get sick if i get the wrong thing and this lady didn’t care she just brushed me off. so i go to the kiosk and place a random order because i just needed to get to the counter to get helped. the lady that i asked about the line was free but grabbed someone else instead of me and another girl helped me. she was SO NICE and helpful and she made sure i got what i needed and i wouldn’t get a reaction. she was the only reason i stayed and purchased something. but i will continue to go to mine and only use this as a back up cause they clearly can’t respect patients allergies. and one more time i do get it was black friday and you have a system but an allergic reaction coms over system and you guys should know that and it’s unprofessional that you don’t. and to add the sales SUCKED for black Friday $20 for a half gram i could get a $17 full gram that is good quality at my other one the prices are also ridiculous and not worth the product

Called in to speak to a representative. Got put on hold immediately. I then waited and called back after 10 minutes and was rudely greeted with a hold please. I found out the lady's name was Sonia. I sure do hope over management sees this review and has a remediation talk with this lady. Sonia you should really be more polite to people if you are managing the phone. With behavior such as yours mother customers may be deterred and driven towards other dispensaries which would Gravely affect the reviews for this company on Google. Got to do better Miss Sonya step up your game! Come on rise! Don't let us down! Was honestly debating whether to post this or not but accountability needs to be held and honestly the truth needs to come out. I wish piece Vibes for all and everyone to reset their inner frequency to the correct level!

During the ordering process I had a few questions and Lacy took the time to help me. She was excellent and understood the products. The cartridge I got ended up being defective (happens, not rise fault). I was able to bring it back for a quick and easy exchange. Overall I have always received excellent service at this location
