a month agoI went to Rise in Hagerstown for my first time a week ago. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as I was greeted at the door. After I made my selections at the computer screen, I stood in line for a short time until it was my turn at the counter. Graham was very informative on my selections and gave me great pointers to look out for on my next trip to Rise. I will be returning very soon! Back again! ...and again and again! Thank you Keaton for helping me out today and checking the vault! I got everything I needed and more! The 30% off sale is the best! 8/1

a month agoIt was my first time at Rise Hagerstown, and everyone I worked with was so helpful, from the front desk crew who were so informative about how the company works to Sarah C who rang me up, informed me about the rewards program, and made the interaction feel less cold and transactional (which is how it was feeling with the kiosks and lines) and more personalized. I will suggest the kiosks be tiltable or mobile a bit, as I am a taller guy and it was very difficult selecting the correct letters while typing. But, that’s my only gripe!

a week agoExcellent customer service. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name. I always end up in his line, he is very nice and answers my question when I have them. He always has a smile on his face and always in a great mood. I love the store and the setup. Looks great.
