First time and it was an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door. Al buzzed me into the vestibule and took some information from me to enter into their system while explaining to me the nuances of how to navigate their store, he let me know that any employee is more than willing to help and field any questions, also they have a pharmacist that on staff to answer any questions and provide medical advice for each persons unique conditions. The store itself is immaculate and laid out very well. It has a flow to it that is always pointing you in the right direction. Ordering from the curved touch screen menu was easy and actually very cool, you are really able to narrow down the product that you want and works for you. Spencer checked and rang me out and was bright and conversational explaining the point system to me ringing me out and enjoying some brief chit chat. I have to say, from beginning to end I was met with nothing but helpful, kind, and truly caring people. I will be back and I urge others to go if they haven’t been before if they’re looking for a great experience. If I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you Al and thank you Spencer! Bravo!

Let me just say one thing.. MEAGHAN ELIZABETH 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just had the best experience EVER with Meeeaaaghan (in my best welsh voice) and I’m not being biased cause she’s got both of my names. The other guy at the counter was cool too, although I didn’t ask his name (sorry!) Just left again and as usual, Jaz provided me with excellent service. Always polite, professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions they I have. The staff here makes it a very welcoming place to want to return. As always, Steve was pleasant, professional and easy going. Robyn was a super polite and friendly staff member to handle my order. Each time I come here all of my questions or concerns are addressed and I always leave with a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Kyle and Robyn and Mandy and Meghan are the best! They really really helpful! Seems like I always have to ask for help when I’m in here and I said I felt bad. You know what Meghan said? We like to talk to our customers and make sure they know what they are getting. We get a lot of online orders and don’t have the communication person to person helping others. So it’s nice. I’m like wow!
