a month agoThis is the only place i go to honestly. The staff are always so nice & easy to talk to. Very welcoming while still getting the job done! So many great staff members, but recently (today) i had such a great interaction with both Jake and Paul. They’re super funny and easy going people. Wonderful workers! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere other than Rise to people i know. You guys are amazing and appreciated!!

My original review came from a place of care — not criticism for the sake of it — but as honest feedback from someone who really valued the warm, welcoming vibe this place once had. I understand that with growth and changes (like the new layout), things can shift. I truly appreciate being heard, and I’m rooting for this place to continue being the safe, friendly space that meant so much to me and so many others. When this place first opened, the vibe was incredible — warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. As someone who struggles with anxiety, being treated like a friend instead of just a customer made all the difference. It felt like a safe, kind space. Lately though, it’s felt more robotic — just a quick “hi” and that’s it. Maybe it’s just me, but I really miss the heart this place used to have.

2 months agoOh, this WHOLE team is amazing! Every customer is greeted with a pleasant smile and welcome. The team builds amazing rapport with each customer, maintaining respect, and recognizing each customer’s needs when present. For example, I was present when there was a customer who was using a walking stick and they assisted her to every point even to her car, like can you ask for better customer service!?
