Came in because I had a couple cartridges that weren’t working with my pen. The staff was super helpful and actually knew what they were talking about. They replaced everything with no hassle and even gave me a better battery that works perfectly now. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The security checking IDs, the front desk, the manager, and the people in the back were all welcoming and easy to talk to. You can tell they actually care about helping you out. They also have a solid selection of accessories. Overall, 10/10 experience. I’d definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone.

Always a great experience every time I come in. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions without making you feel rushed. The vibe in the store is always on point, relaxed, comfortable, and easy to shop in. Definitely one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend!

Best customer service! They fr treat you like family soon as you walk in the door make it feel like home or like you chilln with the homies or something crack jokes talk about life it’s just a good experience every time you go. I would name everyone but they are all awesome cool kind dope human beings super friendly always ready to help find what works best for you. Plus always got the best deals. Love this place!💯

This is probably my favorite dispensary to walk into every face I see comes with a genuine friendly greeting and unforced smiles, ive never met the pharmacist but everytime they ask her something she is on it, now there are a few employees that stand out to me, my most recent trips in Lindsey has been great never just leaves me standing there awkwardly waiting always engages with a conversation weather I start it or she does, personal or professional questions answered with not hesitation, and again always friendly, Paul was the first person I interacted with at Rise and he is just a genuine person all around, very very helpful I watched him help someone with impaired vision from the door back to her car yoy don't see that anywhere, Will is probably the easiest to talk to, very knowledgeable about his job and waht he does easy to tell he has a passion for his job, he has not lead me stray on my strains so far, and the last person I got the name of and that is Thomas he is always doing something even though he has bigger duties than just running the front he still manages to keep his works enthusiastic and when I see him he always shouts out even if hes on the move or working on the computer still let's everyone know he notices they are in his dispensary. I have not met an employee that was mean or disrespectful in anyway shape or form. To all the people that keep chambersburg Rise running, THANK YOU! Please keep doing what you're doing we need more places like this.

I've been a forever shopper at Rise because of the people that work there specifically. Locally there's only one more dispensary very close by and since I was in the industry myself I need to try both places 7 years ago; but above the rest RISE will forever RISE above the rest with their true , caring and genuine customer service. Not only do they make sure you're getting the best deals for your orders, but their employees are just as concerned for you as they are true friends, we aren't " just patients/a doller value" in their eyes.
