I ordered pick-up online for the first time at any Rise dispensary. It was super easy ordering online compared to other experiences elsewhere. I forgot her name but the associate with the cool piercings at the front desk was super helpful and nice walking me where to go and how to navigate their tablets. Harper at checkout was already super friendly with the customer ahead of me so when I got to the counter I felt comfortable and asked more questions about product. I got more for less money here at Rise compared to elsewhere. Huge selection and had such a great encounter with both team members today I couldn't wait to give feedback and I honestly cannot wait to be back. They made me want to work there and buy from there today! Thanks both associates for being you today.

Updating to show my love to Sarah! I came in to ask her about tinctures and how they work. She was very informative and answered all my questions. She also showed me some of the bottles and even walked me through some of the math for dosing. She even showed me a couple of balms and lotions that may be helpful for me. Every time I go in, I’m greeted with kindness and smiles. Today was no different. From the amazing security gentleman to the remarkable Jamie, today was above and beyond the normal kindness and smiles I get. Today they made me feel like I was THE MOST important person they ever took care of. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable and an asset to Rise. The security gentleman was caring, smart, and the coolest dude ever. Other retail establishments should pay attention to the customer service Rise gives. It’s the best in the state.
