I’ve been shopping here for over a year, and every encounter I’ve had with staff has been spectacular! Everyone here goes above and beyond to help me find what I need, even if it’s a last minute request or I have no idea what I need. I’m a naturally anxious shopper, and I always feel so welcome and comfortable at Rise Mechanicsburg. Dug helped me today and he was so kind and helpful!

As someone with extreme anxiety, the staff here makes you feel warm and welcome. Very informative and a very no pressure place where I feel I can get my medication safely and be informed about everything I buy as well. Jamie was the young man who checked me out and he was fantastic! I also had the pleasure of meeting Phuong, Jared and Ms Sara as well. I will continue to recommend this company ( and specifically this store ) to all that need to know.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Dug today at Rise! Hooked me up with deals and sales and last minute purchases no sweat! Very cordial and a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend this dispensary and this clerk, in addition to the other wonderful ones on staff there!

I love this place, not only for the large selection and good prices, but also for the very kind, helpful and friendly staff! Makes it a lot nicer, especially when I go out of my way and deal with traffic to go there! Ha! It’s totally worth it. Spencer and Sara always greet me with a smile, they are very nice and chat to me while I wait to go in to the dispensary. Leigh is fantastic, with her help, positive and “chill” vibe (wish I could be like her! I’m too high-strung!) and kindness. Travis and Jamie are super friendly and helpful too, and always a pleasure to see any of them, as they’ve been so kind and helpful to me in my still fairly new cannabis journey!
