I loved that there is a good amount of parking space. There was no long lines and plenty ways to order per tablets provided. We were able to utilize the lounge. We had a nice size booth for our group. We were able to utilize different smoking tools, shown to us by our pleasant waitress. There were board games to keep the fun going and a small snack menu for the munchies. This was a great low key spot to enjoy.

Brandy was super helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. When I inquired about my birthday reward she spoke with her manager who then came out personally to make sure I got my points. Everyone at Rise is always so nice and always super helpful.

Had a great experience at Rise. Eddy was super helpful, knowledgeab. He took the time to explain different strains and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Eddy’s customer service was top-notch, and I really appreciated his recommendations. The store has a great selection, fair prices, and a welcoming vibe.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Rise Mundelein. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic visit. First, Nico welcomed me into the Smoke Easy Lounge with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He made me feel right at home and set the tone for a great experience. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tyler. I was having some issues with my medical card due to confusion caused by another provider, and Tyler was incredibly helpful. He straightened everything out quickly and efficiently, saving me a lot of hassle. When I decided to check out the merch on sale, Violet was there to assist. She was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I left with some really sweet items, all thanks to her. Finally, my time in the Smoke Easy Lounge was made even better by Reese. He was an expert and knowledgeable server who held great conversation and educated me on a Dr. Dabber rig. His polite and lovely demeanor made the experience top-notch. I love the atmosphere, the deals and you can’t ignore the LOUNGE! Super cool vibes and friendly staff to help try equipment and teach you about the different options. Definitely somewhere you should visit as it’s one of a kind! Brandy was super helpful! She explained how to efficiently use your points and was super bubbly. She event went hunting down this specific item I wanted that wasn’t on display. She is a great person to have work there. I will keep making the hour drive to this store.
