I can't say enough good things about my experience at Rise Mundelein. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic visit. First, Nico welcomed me into the Smoke Easy Lounge with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He made me feel right at home and set the tone for a great experience. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tyler. I was having some issues with my medical card due to confusion caused by another provider, and Tyler was incredibly helpful. He straightened everything out quickly and efficiently, saving me a lot of hassle. When I decided to check out the merch on sale, Violet was there to assist. She was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I left with some really sweet items, all thanks to her. Finally, my time in the Smoke Easy Lounge was made even better by Reese. He was an expert and knowledgeable server who held great conversation and educated me on a Dr. Dabber rig. His polite and lovely demeanor made the experience top-notch. I had the most amazing time interacting with Bianca and Jamie from the Rhythm/GTI team at the Soulshine Music Festival In Chillicothe, IL this past week. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, making the entire experience incredibly fun. Bianca was fantastic, always engaging and full of positive vibes. Her passion for Rhythm products really shone through, and she made sure everyone was having a great time. Jamie was equally wonderful, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a friendly attitude that made every conversation enjoyable. The entire Rhythm team created such a welcoming and lively atmosphere. It was a pleasure to be part of their activities, and they certainly added an extra layer of enjoyment to the festival. Absolutely my favorite dispensary in Illinois. The flagship it seems of the Rise locations in the area the product selection is great and the staff is very knowledgeable. There are always exceptional sales as well as an every day🇺🇸 military discount that I greatly appreciate! There is also a lounge you can visit that also hosts special events. I attended the first of its kind concert outside of this location this past September and it was an amazing event. I drive a decent distance to go to this particular store 👍👍

Upon visiting this location, I was impressed with the decor and secured access that presented itself when arriving. The set up is spacious and welcoming. After receiving a tour, the staff were pleasant and assured me with my selections and offered advice to help me with rec purchased. The selections are expansive and I had a hard time choosing but they helped me out. The lounge area is pretty jazzy and I made plans to visit later. I think that a more diverse line up of offerings in terms of events will entice to make the visit
