5 months agoTruelive dispensary is one of the best places in the city to get medical marijuana. It's always very fresh here and the carts that I have gotten so far have been a hit. Also not a huge bubble like a lot of the carts have when you get them. The concentrates are very good as well. Potent and tastes amazing. I highly recommend this dispensary.

a month agoAmazing experience every time! The associates here are super knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Ed was super nice and understanding, he helped me get the medication I needed quickly and efficiently. They always take the time to walk me through different options and make sure I get exactly what I need. The atmosphere is relaxed, the products are high quality, and the customer service is top-tier. Easily one of the best medical dispensaries around. Highly recommend!

in the last weekNot a good experience for me. They messed up my account then preceeded to say my card wasn't valid. I was waiting over 40 minutes when they again asked for my patience. At the point I said "do I have a choice?" and then tattoo necked girl interjected: She told I I was free to leave!" Wow! As it turns out they messed up. I waited well over and hour. It was my 3 visit and after all that the Grey haired boss lady said no to it. How un-cool. What buzz kill.

a month agoCassidy at Sq Hill location was beyond phenomenal today. I forgot my glasses, and of all times, when I wanted to try a new product (rosin). Cassidy made it effortless in not only reviewing products, but more so, educating me thoroughly on each product, how they differ, and really making sure my needs were met. And I guarantee even if I remembered my glasses, Cassidy still woulda made sure she taught me a lot! This place is full of great helpful friendly and KNOWLEDGABLE.

2 months agoThis was my first time using my medical card so I was very excited to come here. Staff was nice, however the container of flower they sold me has either an impossible to open child proof lock or the container is broken. I have now been trying for two hours to get this open (it should not be this hard). I resorted to taking a knife to try to open the lid and now little shards of plastic have gotten in the flower and I ended up cutting my hand in the process. Very disappointed. Will be returning asking for a refund or new product.
