3 months agoTruelive dispensary is one of the best places in the city to get medical marijuana. It's always very fresh here and the carts that I have gotten so far have been a hit. Also not a huge bubble like a lot of the carts have when you get them. The concentrates are very good as well. Potent and tastes amazing. I highly recommend this dispensary.

2 months agoI just visited today(8/25/25) Nice, friendly and well informed staff. They actually WANT to help you it seems. That's commendable. I like the LARGE selection in the back and the generously large waiting room. It made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I DEFINITELY recommend (legally of course)

a month agoI love this dispensary so much, I love the staff but oh my god I get here at literally 8:01 with 1 other person in the waiting room and I’m still here 20 minutes later :/ it makes no sense that people that place their order online have to wait for people that are walk ins. What’s the point of being “express” if I still have to wait forever. They need one staff member to take walk ins and another to take onlines. I’m in and out in under 1 minute when I finally get back to get my order so I’m really not sure why their system is the way it is. Again all that being said I don’t go to any other dispo for the fact that the staff is lovely but my god I’m tired of the waiting

2 weeks agoThe change to the online menu is unacceptable. There is no coherent design. Categories no longer exist for whatever reason and when you use the search it gives search results that feel like ads and the search hasn’t been finding relevant items. I will not be shopping here until this is fixed and I suggest others do the same. This change does not help patients, it feels like a giant tool to push products that benefit the dispo. It also bothers me that the products i can find dont even seem like they are part of the states program. Ive never seen some of these brands b4 this change or at any other dispos.

2 months agoThe issue with this dispensary is how they process their customers. They are so slow. I mean, I get there at 8:30 AM for one thing, there is nobody there. It still takes a 15 minute wait in the lobby? Why? Why do other dispensaries just simply process people and you just wait forever here? I am there to pick up on cart and not a single person in line and there is till a long wait. Every other dispensary is chop chop, but truelieve lives up to our stereotype and makes everybody wait a minimum of 15 even if there is no line.
