Amazing experience every time! The associates here are super knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Ed was super nice and understanding, he helped me get the medication I needed quickly and efficiently. They always take the time to walk me through different options and make sure I get exactly what I need. The atmosphere is relaxed, the products are high quality, and the customer service is top-tier. Easily one of the best medical dispensaries around. Highly recommend!

Cassidy at Sq Hill location was beyond phenomenal today. I forgot my glasses, and of all times, when I wanted to try a new product (rosin). Cassidy made it effortless in not only reviewing products, but more so, educating me thoroughly on each product, how they differ, and really making sure my needs were met. And I guarantee even if I remembered my glasses, Cassidy still woulda made sure she taught me a lot! This place is full of great helpful friendly and KNOWLEDGABLE.

Trulieve is a wonderful place to get all your medical cannabis needs met, with knowledgeable staff who can guide you through the process, make recommendations, suggestions and try to save you as much money as possible. Shout out to Mike R., a new employee who was extremely professional in dealing with a computer glitch. I also want to shout out Tatum, who came in to save the day. And Erin and all the staff, thank you for making this whole experience a positive one! Highly recommend this store!

I just visited today(8/25/25) Nice, friendly and well informed staff. They actually WANT to help you it seems. That's commendable. I like the LARGE selection in the back and the generously large waiting room. It made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I DEFINITELY recommend (legally of course)

I’ve been a regular at this dispensary, but my recent experiences with the manager, Dustin, have completely changed my view. His behavior has been consistently unprofessional and unfriendly, to the point where it makes the environment uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Customer service matters—especially in a medical dispensary—and interactions with him feel dismissive and awkward instead of respectful or helpful. On top of that, his conduct toward female customers felt uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness, which really crossed a line for me. This experience alone makes me hesitant to return, and I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere if nothing changes. It’s disappointing, because the shop itself has potential, but management sets the tone—and right now, that tone is pushing customers away.
