Service is mid. I've been here a handful of times and the vibe is always low energy and off ... some workers are great and others are eh. I typically buy pre rolls here and about 4 of 10 visits I receive a faulty joint that is packed incorrectly or falling apart , i understand on thc you can't refund or exchange so I just count my losses on that but its happen enough here for me to not prioritize this place as a customer . My last visit today though I was given pre rolls that are expired , they were harvested over a year ago and even have a use by date on them that has passed. They tasted pretty shitty and it was enough to decide not to come back to this location.

Every time is a great time. I normally have my orders ready but this last trip my phone was dead and I didn’t get a chance to look at the menu but Nick was super patient with me and the recommendation he gave was a hit. Everyone at Starbuds has always been great. I highly recommend 420/10 🔥🔥🔥

I had a great experience at Starbuds in Riverside! The whole team was amazing super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Natalie in particular made my visit even better. The staff here is friendly and the products are solid, but the service can be hit or miss. I’ve had multiple experiences at the Riverside location where I placed an order online, only to be told I ordered from a different store. On top of that, I’ve been handed the wrong order more than once and they refused to correct it, claiming it wasn’t their mistake. It’s happened more than 3/4 times. They need to invest in a new system. It’s frustrating, especially when the rest of the experience could be great. For this reason I will sadly not be returning.
