I've been shopping here since their inception ('22) and I've had consistently excellent customer service, solid suggestions, and reviews from people who care and know what they're talking about. The knowledge is vast and very appreciated. Stephanie D. the Information Queen is one of my favorite human beings in the world. She's guided me to such high quality, affordable product that I basically treat her word as gospel now. She has never steered me wrong and has consistently turned me on to new products, sales and promotions. Turned me on to all my favorite strains and brands! She is invaluable! To be frank, I've dealt with almost everyone there and everyone provides TOP NOTCH customer service. I've never had a bad experience and the one time that there was a miscommunication, they took care of me and handled it with the utmost care. I felt heard and understood and appreciated! 2 months agoBaby I had a great time. BABY Johnny was the best Butender. We laughed so hard that we got in trouble for laughing so hard. But he was knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciate him so much.. Hospital smile is infectious and his knowledge about Bud has taken me to another level. The price was a great incentive as well for a first time customer and got some great deals. The greeter was also very kind and attentive. Thanks to this wonderful team especially Diamon.

9 months agoEverytime I come, Corey helps me out. He is attentive and very knowledgeable when it comes to the different strains as I research certain strains I maybe interested in. He doesn't just make a sale to make a sale, he constantly make sure my purchase is geared to my particular goal when conducting cannabis use. Appreciate the honest and empathetic buying experience.
