The knowledge is vast and very appreciated. Stephanie D. the Information Queen is one of my favorite human beings in the world. She's guided me to such high quality, affordable product that I basically treat her word as gospel now. She has never steered me wrong and has consistently turned me on to new products, sales and promotions. Turned me on to all my favorite strains and brands! She is invaluable! To be frank, I've dealt with almost everyone there and everyone provides TOP NOTCH customer service. I've never had a bad experience and the one time that there was a miscommunication, they took care of me and handled it with the utmost care. I felt heard and understood and appreciated!
