I’m not super well informed myself….but enjoy the activity….and she was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Would recommend and revisit this establishment 🤗 ✌️

5 months agoLoved our experience here. Budtender was friendly and patient with showing us different products. Good prices. Easy parking (we arrived early though, like 8am haha. And way more people were starting to come through as we were leaving)

2 weeks agoAlondra G was great , we didn’t feel rushed at all as we were there for a while and didn’t really know what we wanted. She really was great and really nice! Even was so patient with us when we came in with 1’s😂 1000000/10 costumer service!

a month agoWorst experience I've had at a shop EVER! I placed an oder online to show up and have it not be ready which usually wouldn't be an issue for me. I was more than reasonable and told her again what I ordered so she didn't have to look it up. I ended up getting the wrong product after saying multiple times which products I wanted. I had to go back in and was very polite when I said she gave me the wrong product she yelled and told me in a nasty tone that all sales are final even tho she made a mistake. She wouldn't do a refund or anything for me and had such a terrible attitude when I had been nothing but polite and patient. I've been to this store numerous times just to be treated like garbage. Their employees need to work on their customer service. They need to be held accountable when they make a mistake and not be so rude. I spend a lot of money on their products just to get the wrong things.
