STIIIZY Union Square Dispensary

Came by the other day as a first time customer and was pretty nervous coming in, but the worker there Franchesca was so sweet and accommodating to my questions about different products! She definitely made me feel more comfortable in the new environment, and was able to provide suggestions for me that I ended up quite enjoying! Can’t wait to visit again :)

For the second time I get the worst customer service from the same person, from the union square store. The 1st time, it was due to the guarantee policy for some products I bought. By the way she argued with me for minutes about not been eligible to cover the damaged items, I'm sure she is smart enough to remember me. So on the second incident, today(maybe 3 weeks later), the same person condescendingly talks to me, asks me what I'm looking for... I ask to see the pacific stones ounces, and she replies with a snark comment. I tell her which one I need ask for some pods and when I'm trying to know about the resins, she interrupts me asking for my ID, asks my name, asks if I been there before... I'm trying to complete my orders and she starts to talk to me bothered because I tell her the name is in the card and also in the system. Apparently it was more important for her to figure this out, instead of giving me a good experience as a customer, she got upset at this and immediately gave me back my ID and told me to leave. Now I understand when they say that dealing with a black woman is a waste of time. Imagine having one as a manager that has no leadership qualities... only the believes she important because she is a boss, I assume she is a manager by the authority she believes she has. I mean there is so much green flower now a day, no business is above from providing good customer service.

Received excellent customer service by employee Daja. I am someone who tends to be quite indecisive, especially when it comes to making important decisions like choosing the right product. Her knowledge and expertise in recommending indica strains for better sleep have truly made a positive impact on my life. I have been sleeping much better since following her recommendations. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me out. Your assistance was greatly appreciated and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Keep up the amazing work, Daja!
