a month agoI brought my battery back in with the box to do an exchange. The device is loose and will not burn the cartridge. The manager on duty refused to do the exchange and basically told me to deal with it. I have been coming here for 3 years and have never had an issue and the manager just blew me off. It was disrespectful and unacceptable. Told me to contact a support line and they wouldn’t do anything for me. I had to do one star but I would do zero stars. Absolutely atrocious customer service. DO NOT COME HERE

a week agoLove this place. Great kush for a good price. 100% Fentanyl Free. You just gotta love it. I recommend THE SESSIONS as they are only 7$ and super good. The staff is all friendly not a single bad apple.

in the last weeki want to preface by stating that i’m currently writing this at the Barbary Coast club right around the corner while smoking a join in the lounge. it’s a WAY BETTER ESTABLISHMENT TAHT I’D HIGHLY RECOMMEND! this place usually has great service but this morning i had a terrible interaction with one of the budtenders this morning. she approached the counter with such an attitude about a simple misunderstanding.

4 months agoCame in here with both shop attendants helping folks but as soon as one was finished another entered and basically cut me. The looking associate should have awareness to ensure we're helped on a first in first out basis but I digress. Options are cool and they have good deals for first timers. Once I was finally helped the 1:1 service made the experience more pleasant. Given it was my first time I won't be back. Dispensary prices are tax so I like going to places where the service is A-1

2 months agoJust post a regular customer of two years because they said they couldn't take a dollar in quarters. That's illegal to do in the first place! Absolutely horrible after all the money I've spent here and they acted like I did something wrong, the guy at the counter got an attitude with me. Absolutely trash and Im reporting them to the better business bureau.
