a month agoExtremely poor customer service. I visited the store with someone, but I did not have my ID with me. I was not trying to enter or shop, I simply wanted to wait right next to security inside the entrance because it was cold outside. Other stores had no issue with me waiting near the entrance. Even when I had my ID with me, they didnt ask for it because I wasnt buying anything. However, a black female employee with braids walked past and spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive way, saying that if I did not have an ID, I had to wait outside. Maybe to her it was just a simple dismissive comment, but employees should always think about how their tone and attitude come across to other people. I understand that stores have policies, but there is a respectful way to communicate them. I used to work in customer service myself, and I would never have spoken to anyone like that. The audacity and lack of professionalism were honestly shocking. EDIT: It was today, 4th of June, around 8pm

At this point, it’s become my go-to dispensary, even though I receive a permanent 15% discount as a local worker at several others across the city. I’d like to especially recognize Cameron, Aaliyah, Bernice and Irelli for their exceptional customer recognition and warm reception on every visit. Your dedication to your craft is truly commendable, and I’m grateful for the experience you provide each time.
