a month agoGreat location and good prices. My hotel was the next block over so I was here for 5 days total and came here everyday for something litty. The security at the front was in SWAT gear my first time in, so I was feeling all safe to get lit. the staff was also super cool This was my favorite place to grab a pre roll. The cool staff also recommend a few smoke lounges as well that aren’t too far from this location. Thanks for the staff that made my memories here in San Francisco. Everything I purchased at this location was legit.

4 weeks agoThis place does not respect its customers. I asked for two indica and one hybrid, but the seller was not ready to work because he was drinking marijuana, and he gave me two hybrids and one indica. The next day, I brought the invoice for the item that the seller had made a mistake with to replace it, and it was closed and did not open, and I could not find the one he sold to me yesterday, and the seller’s response was that He doesn't want to return it, and he doesn't care, and all this rudeness is because he doesn't want to exchange it, but there are many stores, and you are always the losers.

a week agoSo this review is actually long overdue; every single time I have stepped into the Union Square location it has been a pleasant experience, literally from the security guard greeting me to the knowledge of the budtender. Today Aaliyah (YES like the singer!) was particularly helpful, mentioning a buy one get one for a penny deal that I had no idea about! What a pleasant surprise; my only regret is not having more cash to tip her better! Thank you Stizzy I’ll definitely be back!!

a week agoNice location, right off Union square. Staff was not the friendliest and I had to overhear there was a special to ask the budtender myself about it. Got a good disposable vape (and a buy one get one joint deal I had to inquire about). Won't go back next time, better selection elsewhere with nicer budtenders but served the purpose for the quick trip and was close to my hotel.

3 months agoI brought my battery back in with the box to do an exchange. The device is loose and will not burn the cartridge. The manager on duty refused to do the exchange and basically told me to deal with it. I have been coming here for 3 years and have never had an issue and the manager just blew me off. It was disrespectful and unacceptable. Told me to contact a support line and they wouldn’t do anything for me. I had to do one star but I would do zero stars. Absolutely atrocious customer service. DO NOT COME HERE
