This is the second time where they’ve offered a promotion, and have not honored it. Went and got 3 Hawaiian snow full gram vape pods. Even though it showcases a live resin pod in the promotion itself, they refuse to honor the promotion once again this being the second time a promo was denied. The first time they blamed it on weed maps not being synced correctly with their system, but this time is clearly just the ball being dropped by corporate and they’re lack of attention to detail when indicating what items are under promotions. I without question cannot stand whoever is managing the logistics of this business as it is quite frustrating from a customer standpoint to be let down not once, but now twice in two scenarios resulting from online promotions, not being honored at store... The first time being from a few months back when I had a additional $10 off for these same exact three pods and unfortunately was denied that promotion and was requested to pay full price of that current promotion at that time instead of it being $50 It was $60 which isn’t a big deal but the principal still stands that you don’t stand by your promotions and you don’t work to make situations right for your customers in-house. not at any time today, was I ever offered as a courtesy a one penny promotional item to make up for the fallout that took place because of how they manage their promotions as it clearly showcases a live resin pod within the promotion that would constitute it being part of it, but nothing was offered for restitution either which leaves me a little bitter from the second situation.

Allyson at Stiiizy Koreatown is amazing! From the moment I walked in, her fun, energetic vibe made the whole experience even better. Tyler was very nice and helpful. I have not smoked pot in a few years, I’ve only vaped resin using the stiiizy pods and batteries since like 2022. He helped me find a really good bargain flower that was only $25 for the 1/8, THEN he gave it to me for $0.01 because I bought three pods with it! I was blown away! He sorta did the shopping for me based on what I told him I prefer about my smoking experiences. I really didn’t have to look thru a bunch of packages or any bottles of weed. He knew what to get and after he described a couple different options, then he presented me with a funky sticky 1/8 that I paid a penny for. If you need some weed, holler at Tyler! He’s a weed expert. We need more weed scholars like him to make things basics and affordable for us! Best regards to the rest of the staff and stores. 💯😀

If you need someone with extensive knowledge about their product, you need to see Allyson. I came in with zero knowledge and left with not only quality vapes but also a bit of an education. Definitely 5 stars. Huge selection, great service.
