    Why change it if it’s not broken. I don’t like the new way of shopping at Sunnyside. Normally you walk in and go to the counter and talk to the bud tender, ask some questions and learn a few things about the products they have. Now you have to place your order as soon as you walk in the door with a random employee who’s standing at the door. At the same time there is three or four employees standing behind the counter, waiting to fill the order and to take my money. It seems like a waste of labor and I could tell that the people behind the counter were not happy with the new policy. I really felt rushed to choose what I wanted, especially when other customers walked in, and they were standing right behind me while I was placing my order I’m sure once more than two people walk in there’s gonna be a line out into the lobby while there’s employees behind the counter. Just return it to the normal way so customers don’t feel rushed or invaded as soon as they walk into the store.

    No longer allowed to go in and place an order with an associate. It needs to be done online, even if you’re standing in the store, you have to look at a screen instead of real product. I’m all set.

    Peter was my customer service rep. He was helpful in guiding me to selections right for me, as well as current deals and offers. I also love the rep at the door that helped me on my 2nd visit. I really feel the need to mention the fact that, the parking lot smells amazing lol. Great shop with great employees.

    I would have left 0 stars but you cant...Checked in at the door day after my birthday. My license had expired. Girl asked me for another form of ID gave it to her. Walked inside kid at the counter says i need your slip and your id gave it to him he calls the manager over he says i cant except this showed him to other forms of id, manager started yelling at me telling me that he couldn't serve me, and he doesn't know why she let me in. My id is expired explain to him that I had my other id he yelled at me said it doesnt matter I cant serve you and continued to yell at me. So I Told him have a good day and I walked out last time I would ever go to that facility. Very very unprofessional and rude Never ever going back there
