  As soon as I walked in there was an artificial weed smell. Almost as if it was an oil purposely placed into their plant potters placed around the place. Felt rushed when inside and didn't feel like it was customer friendly. Felt more like it was a factory setting. Enter, order, grab, pay and go. Definitely felt weird.

  Hate the set up. Why have counters if you don't use them ? When you walk in , everyone is funneled to one employee, makes me feel rushed.

  No longer allowed to go in and place an order with an associate. It needs to be done online, even if you’re standing in the store, you have to look at a screen instead of real product. I’m all set.
