2 months agoWalked in and was welcomed in warmly by Emory, overall really nice guy! Seemed to really like what he does. Asked about my day while we were at registration, gave a nice recommendation in store and a nice place to take my lady for dinner later that night. Overall great first time experience. Would highly recommend because of that guy!

2 months agoWonderful, easy experience. Was helped by Brenna- who was beyond knowledgable about the products and felt like you were shopping with an old friend. Truly appreciated the warmth and her always making me the top priority to help me find the most tailored/ideal options for what I was looking for. Happy this place exists!

5 months agoNot a good experience. I was a first time customer and expected the staff to be friendly and informative. They were not. I don't recall the name of the person that was "assisting me". However, she treated me like I didn't exist. I asked about sales and told her what I was looking for. She didn't speak to me and just handed me a tablet with the website brought up. I could have done that myself. Then she proceeded to admonish another customer but still helped him, ignoring me. After a few minutes another staff member asked her if she was actually helping me and proceeded to step in. I believe her name was Regan (she had glasses and longish hair). She was very pleasant, helpful, and well-informed. If it wasn't for her stepping in I would have walked out. Despite the turnaround I won't be back. Ethos knows how to treat their customers, this place does not. I don't have high expectations for customer service anywhere. It's not the employee's job to treat me like I'm special. It's just their job and I don't need to be coddled and treated like I'm important or a big shot. I simply expect a basic level of friendliness and service. I just don't appreciate being treated like I don't exist. Thank You to Regan (or whatever her name is) though. She was great.

a month agoUnfortunately, I've recently had a disappointing experience at this location (Penn Avenue, after several pleasant ones) I placed an online order & was delayed slightly due to heavy game-day traffic on the way. I pulled up right at 6, only to be met at the door—not with a courteous greeting, but with a dismissive “Sorry, state regulations” from an employee who was cleaning the glass. There was no effort to engage with kindness or offer a helpful tone—just a cold, rude response. When I mentioned I’d leave a review, she opened the door to say “Make sure it’s good!”.... Not the kind of professionalism or attitude you'd hope to encounter as a customer. To add to the frustration, I’ve tried calling this location multiple times on different days, and no one has ever answered. Customer service matters—especially in moments like these. A little respect and courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

a month agoJust had a wonderful first time trip to Sunnyside! I really appreciated the person at the front desk, Emory, who made the experience super stress-free. Will definitely be coming back soon!
