a month agoGot some Lemon G and was helped by a man named Jacob. He immediately recognized another Blue Jackets fan and we got down to business. Whole process, from ordering online, to checking in, to getting my product was ridiculously slick. From the time I walked in and out it was 4-5 minutes tops. At the time I was one of two people in the store, but either way, the staff was friendly, courteous, Blue Jackets fans, and were great in general. Will 100% be making this a habit. 5 stars

3 weeks agoThe website is easy to navigate and order from. When you go in it is a quick and easy process. If you don't order ahead of time, then they have a kiosk that someone will help you with and answer any questions. I have always had a great experience there. They also have great deals.

in the last weekWas told they only honor Veterans if you're medical. As a Veteran this is disgusting. Stop USING VETERANS AS A MARKETING TOOL! I was then rudely dismissed off the property after being told its because people forge military documents. Lol I had previously visited numerous times and this was the first time I have been since recreational legalized. Update: The reply is ridiculous. There should be no need to walk in the store and talk to you guys when I was clearly kicked out. An A.I. response to this is wild.
