Of the choices in Ohio, and the amount of time there has been choices, Sunnyside is one of two places that i frequent, and 1 of only 3 ever!! When u find somewhere who for the most part allow the people who know what there talking about, always have great recommendations no matter the “reason/need” and have built relationships like the ones that have been built from the “Long-Timers” that u continue to employ!!!! The management seems to be in constant shift, but there’s quite a few “Tried & True” that keep us comming back! Always knowledgeable, always personable, always some kind of deal!!! No need to look any farther!!! :)

No reason I should be sitting in the lobby for over ten minutes. Literally watched 7 other people come in and leave. Not a person even bothered to say it will be a while. And the front desk guy is a bit short with people. Like im supposed to know to wait in the lobby. You dont have to scream it. Just say it when im standing there talking to you. Had enough time to even write this whole sitting waiting. You can do considerbly better. Edit been 15 mins now

Every time I see Cody he gives me the best service with a smile. I don't see devan a lot but they both give excellent service. I would even go as far as say give them a raise, if possible. They are a shining examples of what customer service should be. Very fun and interactive with anybody that comes through. Every time I come in I hope to see Cody and now with my experience with Devan. I now hope the same with them.

I have tried to windownshop online at the two other dispensaries in my area...but I keep coming back to and purchasing from Sunnyside. Maybe because it was the first shop I went to shortly after OH legalized recreation. I have had such a good experience the handful of times I have been there that it seems almost traitorous to step out lol. If you have found your perfect spot then what is the point in dabbling elsewhere? Always some sales going on as well. Competitively priced. Woodward pre-rolls were excellent! Got a 5 pack of blueberry cheesecake a while back before going on a nature retreat. I wish Woodward would make more variety 5 packs. Those little ciggie-style 5-pack hand rolls are perfectly rolled, packed, and straight tubed. Not a fan of the fat-ended baseballbat blunt-type pre-rolls a lot of cultivators are selling. I like the Good News gummies too. Also the Cresco brand flower has never disappointed. My only gripe is that I would love to see more information about strain type and origin within the product description. I wish sites like Leafly would link up with local cultivators, or vice-versa, for a more in-depth description of things. Yall youngsters have frankensteined and cross-bred so extensively that it has become a chore for me to know what I am consuming. Back in the day we had White Widow. Northern Lights. AK. Chronic. Skunk. Hindu Kush. Sour Diesel, etc. Just curious about the boutique names and lineage these days. Because yall have been Busy with a capital B. And I am a nerd who likes to read up about things. Anyway, thanks Sunnyside. Loyal to the soil.

My Aunt has an account with them , put her order in advance and when I drove her up there we walked right in and had to show identification , but walked straight back and they had her order ready . No waiting whatsoever. I would like to say that it was a good experience.
