3 weeks agoThe people are fantastic they all put out massively good vibes and they're all kind and helpful as ever, but the only reason I gave 3 stars is because twice now I've gotten faulty product, first time I grabbed a gram of their house brand (matter) dabs and it was severely underweight like I'm talking a.43 on my zero point scale I sent an email truth be told not sure if it was to the right place about it but I never heard back and then just this past Sunday I bought an oil tank from ic collective I finally went to bust it open today and this thing was completely empty wax all over the thing must've leaked out ( I know this isn't the fault of verilife and they're team as they can't open up and look at the products they're selling to make sure they aren't selling nonsense poopoo broken garbage) but it still sucks ya know what I mean it's completely on the brand not them still makes me sad 😢

5 months agoIt is never a bad time at Verilife, and it’s the people that definitely make it great and different. Hayley was super fun to talk to while we waited for our order and during checkout. And the attention to detail was top tier. They went over our order verbally while showing us each product, offering little anecdotes and personal opinions. Hayley then took the time to actually mark off each item as they were placed in the bags ensuring that we had everything and ensured we were good to go. 15/10 experience, and can’t wait to go back for the next haul.

a week agoi never really submit reviews but tonight my experience was above and beyond with Annie. she was very warm, friendly, and super helpful! she brought an amazing deal to my attention and was very accommodating. so happy to see she’s a part of the team there! made my night a bit more bright!

a week agoThis was my first time at this location and the staff was so wonderful and friendly. When we had a question Israel kindly helped us and then checked us out. He was so lovely and easy to talk to! He was knowledgeable about the product and recommended some awesome things for us for next time.
