3 months agoI have been coming to this establishment since they opened. I don’t know how many years that has been at least four. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I am one of their regulars. They see me every single week almost every other day. I am a loyal customer Mike the manager is a very disrespectful man. I have never complained not once they have messed up my order multiple times and also didn’t give me military discount because it was a mistake and they forgot or whatever the case may be is. Tonight they messed up my order again. I’m getting ready for the holidays. I work two jobs. I didn’t wanna go back-and-forth. I had to take a 2 Hour Dr. because the representative put my order in wrong and completely charged me wrong. I own a business and every business should take accountability. I brought it up to Mike and he was very disrespectful and told me mistakes happens and put his hands up after that I walked to the front and asked for corporate. They had to contact him because they cannot find a number after he found out I was contacting in corporate. He then tried to offer me free things for my inconvenience. But before we were at the counter, he would not do a thing for me. This establishment is amazing but if I’m getting treated like this, it’s not right at all specially for someone who spends the amount of money that I do. after everything happened, he gave me a number. Her name was Heather. It was not corporate’s office. She was Head of marketing thankfully she helped me and was super sweet and very helpful and got me through to corporate.

2 months agoI've been coming here for a couple years now. Any of the low star reviews you see, are coming from the same customers who give the staff a hard time when the computer system is slow or the customers themselves take too long. Those are the only two hold ups occasionally. Otherwise everyone there is friendly and does their job well. People need to learn to place online orders beforehand and try to narrow their questions down. Some people just need to learn to have a little bit of patience or that they aren't the only ones there.

a month agoGreat selection and very nice. I did pick up and didn't have any issues with waiting or parking once I arrived, I went about 1/1:30pm on a Friday.
