Added an Edit to the bottom. Usually, the experiences here are good, and the people are friendly. The last time I went in, I had $24 in points, which isn’t an outstanding amount, but it’s still $24. I had come in and had already ordered ahead of time, but I asked to add a few things I saw on the menu to the order. There was some confusion; they thought I was only getting the stuff I was supposed to add. After realizing that, they went and grabbed the rest and came back, but when coming back, my order disappeared off the screen and said it was completed(their words); they called a manager over to sort things out, and then, thinking everything was good now, I went through with the payment, even though the total of 137+49 totaled out to $186, and I was charged $210. Still, I just trusted that it was all figured out, and I didn't check the receipt while there. When I left, they told me I had $15 in points now, and then I went to the car and checked the receipt. 0 points were used for the purchase, but my previous $24 in points are gone. I went right back in, knowing I wasn't charged the right amount, but at the time, I thought I was overcharged for something, only to realize that my points were missing after I went back out. When I was in there, though, I was told all flower purchases are final, so I’m just screwed out of the $24 and quite disappointed, especially given the fact that I'm a regular and usually spend over $200 a week. Overall, I don't mind my experiences here, but based on this experience, I’m giving it two stars because I know if I try to get those points back, it’ll be a struggle based on past experiences, even just redeeming things. Which it shouldn't be. Edit: Everything was sorted out without me having to reach out, so I’m changing it back to what it should be based on all my previous experiences — which is 5 star. Leaving the review up in case anyone runs into the same concern.

I've been a mm card holder for five years. This place is by far the worst dispensary. The doors to get in and out is a human mouse trap. Ryan at the front desk, was annoyed when I returned just a few minutes after I made my purchase to report that the product was defective. He then came out of the fishbowl office and accused me of staring at him through the glass. Staring at him? I was afraid and immediately asked to speak with a Manager. A man came out but he had no skills in management. He did not care about Ryan and his odd, confrontational behavior and went on to explain that the Cheetah brand product is known to be defective. A quick trip to the dispensary was 45 minutes. All the employees looked miserable. Their receipt machine kept breaking, and the general vibe was unhappy. ALL of the other dispensaries that I visit is like going to Sesame Street. They know what they are doing and how to do it - all while being friendly - understanding that vibe is crucial to a successful business.

Terrible dispensary a few years ago they wouldnt let me in because they said i owed $50 to the state but i already paid online they still refused to let me in. I went to sunnyside 10 mins later and they let me shop there and i called vytal options and said what is there problem because sunnyside literally let me in. After the phone call i received a letter in the mail saying im no longer welcome at there dispensary at all locations. This place is a joke and the closest one to me so it was convenient now i have to drive 20 mins or more when i need to go to the dispensary because this place is terrible and banned me for no reason. Do urself a favor and shop somewhere else, btw i had $10 in points or more too and cant use them now. Absolutely ridiculous

I wanted to leave 3.5 stars but it was making me pick an even one and it’s closer to a three than a five. I want to love this dispensary. The point system is good, the staff are kind. But they fail a few important things that a dispensary must have. I didn’t leave a review a year ago when it just me, but after talking to a few other patients who have visited I feel like these are worth mentioning. Despite being the best staffed dispo in the area the ten I have visited regularly they are the slowest moving by far. They have a lot of seating and it’s often not enough. Many of the budtenders clearly are knowledgable and experienced. But I’ve had more than one employee just straight up lie to me during their sales pitch. (It’s okay to say you don’t know or need to check but don’t lie dude) I applied for my first card in 2019 so I’ve been around the block and this was a really big red flag for me. They aren’t open on Sunday. This isn’t a boutique business it’s a medical facility. I fully support limited hours on Sunday, but this is a medical facility. You need to be open every day. Emergencies happen. I always ask staff at a dispo to make a note in my file so I don’t get deadnamed. Idk what’s different here than everywhere else I go but I get deadnamed a lot here. If staff know me and I’ve brought it up before they are super on top of not doing it again, but It happens from the start disproportionately here and you go to the dispo for medicine to feel better not to leave feeling worse.

This is my favorite place to go!! Shout out to Ryan and Esther and basically the whole staff!! Great prices, I almost never go to another unless it's Sunday!! They are closed, but I try to NEVER need to go somewhere else!!
