Their parking lot is small, so I was confused on where I can and cannot park. I then immediately was met with hostility and threats. And homophobic remarks, and People telling me to go back to Indiana then top flight security of the world decided to come out, threaten to ban me, decided to yell at my partner and say we were the problem and instead of de-escalating immediately decided to come and join in on the yelling and the reason I am calling him top flight is because he kept yelling that he was the top guy and nobody was above him and he can have us banned just like that, as a business owner myself I never knew an entry level security guard could act that rash and could speak for an entire corporation. Posen, Just lost a regular customer I just moved to the area from Northwestern, Indiana and have been going there three times a week for the last 3 almost 4 weeks have spent hundreds of dollars almost every visit always have a great conversation with my budtenders but after that situation I had no negative energy to match, but decided to take my money to the sister location in Homewood and was met with a much better experience from staff And they had a much wider selection of items to choose from. I would love to chat with the owner or anyone else besides the top guy if given the chance, I think this can be resolved if handled with the right care.

I visited today at 10:30am and the experience was great. This has always been my go to spot. The guy at the door was welcoming and even leaving out he wished me a great day and happy holidays. Makes a difference! The budtender, Nicole P., was very welcoming as well. I came to try a different cultivator that I haven't tried, The Botanist. She was very informative about their products, the terps and even recommended other products i'd be interested in as well. She was happy, energetic and it was a great experience overall. Her good vibes needed recognition because most times these days the checkout anywhere is either basic or nonchalant.

Came in today to grab some of The Botanist and I had a great Budtender. B.J was kool and provided a great experience with some information on a few of their deals going. Also the lady who checked IDs... she was very nice and they both wished me a great day!

I just had a great customer service interaction with Frank! This was the first recreational store I have ever gotten from and I am glad to see it evolve to this high quality of a medical/recreational dispensary! Thank you for serving Posen for over 10 years!
