Selling old stuff! Got this today 3/23/26. Of course it was 30% off and buy 2 ravioli get the Hawaiian rain for 1 penny. Ofc this is why….look at the dates on that. The ravioli says Use any 3/28/26. So petty that y’all selling this old stuff and I really paid for a med card for this crap. I started going back to shopping downtown because between this location and Homewood having crap and bad customer service. Love y’all here at the Posen location but come on now…Be weary of the deals and sells. I don’t usually buy the sales on the whiteboard but I never will again. My product was dry and discolored.

Jackie is one of the coolest budtenders I have ever met! She assisted me with great and friendly customer service, got me in and out of the store fast, and recommended me something to try next time! She also mentioned the mile high mints chocolates being 10 dollars, so I got them since I love them so much! Thank you Jackie and windy city for the exceptional customer service

The customer service here is top tier. Everytime I go there, I feel welcomed and happy to return each time. Very professional people. I had Tiny helping me, she was so great.

Their parking lot is small, so I was confused on where I can and cannot park. I then immediately was met with hostility and threats. And homophobic remarks, and People telling me to go back to Indiana then top flight security of the world decided to come out, threaten to ban me, decided to yell at my partner and say we were the problem and instead of de-escalating immediately decided to come and join in on the yelling and the reason I am calling him top flight is because he kept yelling that he was the top guy and nobody was above him and he can have us banned just like that, as a business owner myself I never knew an entry level security guard could act that rash and could speak for an entire corporation. Posen, Just lost a regular customer I just moved to the area from Northwestern, Indiana and have been going there three times a week for the last 3 almost 4 weeks have spent hundreds of dollars almost every visit always have a great conversation with my budtenders but after that situation I had no negative energy to match, but decided to take my money to the sister location in Homewood and was met with a much better experience from staff And they had a much wider selection of items to choose from. I would love to chat with the owner or anyone else besides the top guy if given the chance, I think this can be resolved if handled with the right care.
