I had never been to this dispensary before but needed to stop by due to an emergency closure at my regular dispensary. Using a second medical dispensary is easy in Illinois and Windy City had easy to use online ordering. The products were well priced and I was served quickly. If Mission has any more emergency closures I will return.

Great prices but the website is so damn buggy. I ordered online, it didn’t go through for some reason. Tried it again. Still didn’t work. Had to go to the kiosk and when I went back to the line that literally had no one in it when I arrived, the line was literally out the door.

Everyone here is friendly and chill. If you have a question, the staff are happy to help. Can’t see myself going anywhere else as long as this place is around. Good deals too.

Always have an amazing experience here with the staff. I have yet to run into someone not super friendly and helpful. Also knowledgeable about the product they are selling. Prices are pretty good too!

I would give this zero stars as everyone else has said it too. This location has the worst employees working for them. They do not honor the prices online & they are extremely rude. No associate would give me their name because they said they didn’t have too. I also asked for a phone number to call for file a complaint and was ignored. I will NEVER go back to this location again even if it was the last dispensary in IL. I would review customer service steps with that whole store or just fire them all & rehire a better staff. Windy City is a great dispensary but the Posen location gives me a bad taste in my mouth since my visit.
